Atlantic Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) for Gastroenterology (IBD) in Summit, New Jersey. The role involves inpatient and outpatient work at Overlook Medical Center with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or call.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years GI or subspecialty experience, NJ licensure eligibility, ACLS/BLS, and a Master's degree in PA/NP. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success within Atlantic Medical Group GI.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in PA or NP from an accredited program.
• NJ license or eligibility to practice in New Jersey.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• 2+ years GI or subspecialty experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for patients and families and nursing staff.
• Develop plans of care with treatment implementation.
• Document in medical records and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and refer to specialists as needed.
