Job summary

US Career Partners is seeking an experienced Gastroenterology NP or PA to provide comprehensive, patient-centered digestive health care in a community outpatient center in New Jersey, with full-time scheduling flexibility.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of GI experience, strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, and endoscopy support within the advanced practice scope.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and licensure.
• Minimum of two years GI clinical experience.
• Strong clinical acumen in GI conditions.
• Familiarity with GI procedures and endoscopy support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team-based, integrated care model.
• Compassionate, patient-first approach to clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage GI conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, GERD, hepatitis, and liver/pancreas disorders.
• Assist with and support endoscopic procedures within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for GI patients.
• Collaborate within an integrated care team spanning GI, specialists, and primary care.
• Coordinate care for patients with complex GI needs ensuring seamless continuity.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, dietary guidance, and disease management.
• Maintain thorough medical documentation per established standards.
• Stay current with advancements and best practices in Gastroenterology.
