VHC Health Merrifield is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Gastroenterology team. The role is primarily outpatient, offering ample opportunities to expand expertise in digestive health and collaborative care with GI physicians.

The NP/PA will work with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and participate in a supportive clinical environment with Epic EMR usage and a path toward professional development.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Virginia APRN license required.
• Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine outpatient experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to patients in Gastroenterology outpatient visits.
• Collaborate with Supervising Physician and GI team to create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and digestive health management.
• Work with a team of Medical Assistants.
