Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Gastroenterology team in Bloomington, IN. The role is full-time, with day shifts and a mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.

The GI APP will primarily manage patients in the clinic with a 2-week inpatient rotation. Board certification/eligibility, an ACNP/FNP/PA certification, and a Master's degree are required, with prior GI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible.
• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required.
• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
• Gastroenterology experience preferred.
• PA with Gastroenterology experience- Clinical rotations in specialty.

Responsibilities

• GI APP will be responsible for seeing patients in the clinic for the majority of their time, 6 weeks.
• There is a 2-week inpatient rotation and that a week off.
