• Establish and maintain a translational research program under the mentorship of a senior faculty member.
• Participate in scientific meetings, seminars and Grand Rounds; present results and prepare manuscripts for publication.
• Prepare and submit applications for peer‑review funding to various funding agencies.
• Maintain meticulous records of experimental data and protocols to support grant applications.
• Collaborate with multiple investigators to support multi‑project grants and foster team science.
