Responsibilities

• The RN has advanced training in this area and provides care utilizing the nursing process, therapeutic environment, treatment and diagnostic processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• The RN shall collaborate in the formulation of the overall plan of care and identify needs across biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual assessments.
