Job summary

Endoscopy Center of Southern California is hiring a GI Technician for a full-time role in the ASC setting. The technician assists the endoscopy team, manages sterile setup, helps move patients, and maintains supplies to support patient care under RN supervision.

Starting pay is $25–$29 per hour based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, holidays, HSAs/FSAs, and more. 1+ year GI endoscopy experience and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in endoscopy or gastrointestinal procedure experience, preferably in an ASC or outpatient setting.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications accredited by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Assists the endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures.
• Arranges and inventories sterile set-up for operation and passes items as needed for the endoscopy team.
• Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the endoscopy room.
• GI Tech is responsible for the provision of care to meet identified patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse.
• Provides a centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment for the facility.
• In charge of shipping and receiving, stores prepared articles and supplies in designated areas.
• Maintains and tracks inventory according to facility procedures.
