Job summary

UH: GI Lab Cloverleaf is seeking an Endoscopy Technician 2 to provide technical support to the physician during GI procedures, under RN supervision, and to assist with cleaning, disinfection, and equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements include at least one year of GI procedure experience and BLS certification, with strong English communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of GI experience performing complex GI procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures.
• Clean and high level disinfect endoscopes and accessories.
• Perform unit secretarial tasks under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient care under supervision and follow policies and guidelines.
