Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of SGNA Program within 1 year of hire (or Endoscopy Tech program completed).
• Basic Life Support from hospital-based AHA and Red Cross approved program required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplies, equipment, and room for GI procedures.
• Handle specimens and clean/disinfect scopes and other equipment according to standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed; demonstrate professional effectiveness.
