United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a GI Endoscopy Technician for Coral Ridge Outpatient Center in Coral Ridge. This full-time position supports the surgical team in maintaining sterile conditions, handling instruments, and ensuring patient safety during GI procedures.

The role requires GI experience, high school completion, and CPR certification. You will operate in a fast-paced ambulatory setting with a focus on quality patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• GI Experience required.
• Previous clinical experience in GI procedure room environment required.
• Current certification in CPR.

Responsabilités

• Anticipates the needs of the surgical team.
• Establishes and maintains sterile field during surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Ensures sterility of all supplies and instruments during set up of surgical procedures.
• Assists circulating nurse and surgical team in maintaining sterile environment.
• Gowns and gloves surgeons and assistants.
• Transports all surgical equipment to appropriate cleaning areas and assists in reprocessing.
• Maintains patient, physician, and employee privacy and confidentiality per policy.
• Keeps physician preference cards accurate/updated.
