Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Endoscopy to join our full-time team. You will render professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing, IL RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS within 90 days, and prior endoscopy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date).
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) by AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within 90 days of start date into position.
• PALS within 90 days of start date into position.
• Previous Endoscopy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patients' condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care.
• Monitors patients' progress and records pertinent observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks and works as a team member.
