Job summary

Advocate Health's Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (GI/Endoscopy) to join the GI service team. The role supports an 36-hour work week with 8- and 10-hour shifts, on-call duties, and one Saturday per month.

You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, adhere to evidence-based practice, and help ensure a safe patient environment and high-quality care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
