Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of critical care or nursing experience in acute or sub-acute care
• Telemetry experience required; critical care preferred
• Demonstrate critical thinking, service excellence and strong communication
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and verbal directions; proficient in PC use

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organizational skills to ensure quality care
• Develop culturally competent care plans with expected outcomes
• Assess patients and families, identify problems and plan care
• Coordinate care across the care continuum and ensure safe practice
• Delegate and supervise according to nursing acts and policy
