Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian Specialist to provide pre/post nutritional care for Outpatient Surgical GI at MUSC Ashley River Health in Charleston, SC. The role emphasizes Medical Nutrition Therapy, patient education, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• RDN with current registration.
• Licensed dietitian in the practicing state.
• CNSC certification to be obtained within 12 months.
• Minimum two years of specialty clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy for outpatient GI patients.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle.
• Apply evidence-based practices in line with the diet manual.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with food service and clinical staff.
• Mentor dietetic interns and staff when applicable.
