Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is hiring a PWO Manager in Forest Park, GA. You will manage, track, and maintain project work orders within the GFEBS system, ensuring timely entry, updates, and closures across various work-order types.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in work-order or project administration, strong data accuracy, and proficiency in MS Office. This onsite role requires excellent English communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in work-order management, project administration, facilities operations, or related field.
• Experience entering, tracking, and maintaining work-order data in an enterprise system.
• Experience with GFEBS is strongly preferred; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Work Orders (PWO) and related work activities using GFEBS.
• Enter and maintain Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO), Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMO), and other work orders in GFEBS within timelines.
• Review work-order documentation for completeness and accuracy before entry into GFEBS.
• Enter labor and material costs into GFEBS within two working days of related completion.
• Maintain work-order data accuracy and integrity in the GFEBS database.
• Monitor work orders for missing or inconsistent information and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
