Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports various DoD agencies, including USASMDC, ASA FM&C, USAFMCOM, and DHA. We focus on modernizing and integrating Army FM systems, providing comprehensive financial and cost information, and supporting the implementation and sustainment of the Army's GFEBS system within DHA's Military Health System.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a GFEBS SA Cost Management Analyst to support the USAFMCOM SSO / GFEBS SA Cost Management team. Responsibilities include:

1. Reprocessing IDOCs, organizing operations, and ensuring compliance with system requirements.
2. Handling Commands POC lists, lines of accounting, and DoD travel policies.
3. Understanding functional/technical and security designs around roles.
4. Supporting DTS logistics and planning processes.
5. Supporting FM analysis for systems like GFEBS and GFEBS SA.
6. Ensuring data accuracy and synchronization between GFEBS systems.
7. Providing expertise on GFEBS/DTS interface performance and troubleshooting.
8. Monitoring and resolving failed interface IDOCs and other system issues.
9. Designing DTS process enhancements and developing reports.
10. Supporting user support tickets and troubleshooting.
11. Collaborating on training curriculum development and user support materials.
12. Assisting in process documentation, pilot tests, and standard operating procedures.
13. Supporting governance, compliance, and audit activities.
14. Providing functional support for system deployment and user training.
15. Resolving user issues related to system processes and master data.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work onsite in Crystal City, VA.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with GFEBS/GFEBS-SA in areas such as cost management, controlling, interfaces, financials, funds management, payroll, or business objects.
• Understanding of configuration and functional/technical design.
• Knowledge of DoD/Army FM policies, processes, and systems.
• Familiarity with systems applications, legacy systems, and GFEBS applications.
• Active Top Secret / T5 Clearance (or interim clearance with relevant experience).
