Job summary

Faithful Friends Family Services seeks a Group Home House Manager/Supervisor in Petersburg, VA to lead a devoted team delivering compassionate care in a group home setting. You will supervise staff, develop care plans, coordinate programs, maintain records, ensure compliance, and liaise with families and external agencies, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

This role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a group home or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
