Qualifications

• Must be healthy, compassionate, and physically able to participate in pregnancy.
• Must meet age requirements (21–39) and BMI under 30.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Willing to engage in medical, legal, and emotional surrogacy processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy for intended parents with medical guidance and support.
• Coordinate with the agency for medical, legal, and financial steps.
• Attend prenatal appointments as advised by clinical teams and surrogate coordinator.
• Maintain open communication with the surrogate support staff and case manager.
