Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Support Intended Parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional guidance.
• Coordinate with agency staff to ensure timely payments and a smooth intake process.
• Participate in monthly support meetings and maintain open communication with your case manager.
