Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional guidance.
• Participate in the virtual intake process and ongoing coordination with a dedicated case manager.
• Maintain communication with the agency to ensure timely payments and record-keeping.
