Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.
• Have one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a gestational surrogacy journey with agency support.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
