Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Receive guidance through the surrogacy process (medical, legal, and emotional support).
• Attend monthly support meetings for surrogates.
• Have a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency support line.
