Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancy as gestational surrogate for intended parents.
• Participate in medical, legal and emotional support processes provided by the agency.
• Engage with a dedicated case manager and attend ongoing support activities.
