Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) Under 30

Responsibilities

• Guide intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Coordinate with medical teams, legal counsel, and support staff to ensure full compliance and a positive surrogate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with your dedicated case manager and participate in monthly support activities.
