Benefits include a base compensation range with additional monthly stipends and bonuses. Qualified candidates must be healthy, have had at least one pregnancy, be between 21 and 39, and be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• Must be a healthy, non-smoker adult
• BMI under 30
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Have at least one successful pregnancy

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional support from the agency
• Maintain communication with your case manager
• Attend scheduled medical appointments as advised
