Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) under 30

Responsibilities

• Help build a family for intended parents
• Undergo medical, legal, and emotional support as part of the surrogate journey
• Follow guidance from the agency and medical team
