Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21 and 39 years old.
• Must be US citizen or permanent resident.
• Body mass index (BMI) under 30.
• Have at least one successful pregnancy.
• Commitment to a safe, healthy surrogacy journey.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy journey with agency support.
• Complete the medical, legal, and emotional steps guided by the agency.
• Maintain communication with your dedicated case manager.
• Attend monthly support meetings and follow the intake process.
