Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey.
• Maintain open communication with the agency and staff.
• Attend monthly support meetings for surrogates.
• Help ensure payments and benefits are processed on time and by the agency.
