Qualifications

• Be between ages 21 and 39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.
• Healthy and compassionate individual willing to work with an agency.

Responsibilities

• Comply with medical, legal, and emotional support processes.
• Attend required medical steps and consultations as advised by the agency and medical team.
• Maintain health and well-being throughout the surrogacy journey.
• Participate in monthly support meetings and engage with your dedicated case manager.
