Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in collaboration with the agency and medical team.
• Follow the agency's intake, medical, legal, and emotional support processes.
• Maintain communication with your case manager and attend scheduled meetings.
• Ensure timely payments through the agency’s payroll and administrative processes.
