• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancy for intended parents and provide ongoing medical care as guided by professionals.
• Participate in the surrogacy process with support from the agency, including medical, legal, and emotional guidance.
• Follow the agency's intake process and maintain communications with a dedicated case manager and support staff.
