Qualifications

• Women aged 21-39 years old.
• Have at least one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy for intended parents under guidance of a surrogacy agency.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes as directed by the agency.
• Maintain communication with your dedicated case manager and support staff.
