Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through gestational surrogacy journey
• Coordinate with agency medical, legal, and emotional support teams
• Attend monthly support meetings and communicate with your dedicated case manager
