Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Have one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey.
• Coordinate with agency to ensure timely payments and documentation.
• Maintain open communication with the support staff and case manager.
