Qualifications

• Must be aged 21–39.
• BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Have at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional guidance.
• Follow the agency processes for intake, medical clearances, and signing contracts.
• Maintain communication with your case manager and coordinate with the support staff throughout the process.
