Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) under 30

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in alignment with agency policies and medical guidelines, with support from the agency team.
• Coordinate with medical teams, legal counsel, and the intended parents to ensure a smooth journey.
• Attend quarterly support meetings; maintain open communication with your dedicated case manager and 24/7 emergency line.
