Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39.
• BMI under 30.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Must have had one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents by gestating a fetus through pregnancy.

• Maintain timely communication with your case manager.
• Attend required medical appointments.
