Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 39 years old.
• Have at least one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy process with comprehensive support.
• Attend medical, legal, and emotional guidance provided by the agency.
• Participate in monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
• Have access to 24-hour emergency support line.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the agency throughout the journey.
