Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have at least one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Help intended parents build their families through surrogacy.
• Participate in the surrogacy process with medical, legal, and emotional support from the agency.
