Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with the agency's full-time support staff and case managers to ensure timely payments and a smooth experience.
• Participate in the virtual intake process and ongoing support programs offered by Conceptual Options.
