Qualifications

• Must be 21–39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Willing to participate in medical, legal and emotional support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with agency support.
• Attend medical and legal steps with guidance.
• Maintain communication with intended parents and agency.
• Receive compensation and allowances as outlined.
• Participate in group meetings and case management.
