Qualifications

• Healthy, compassionate woman willing to support intended parents.
• Must be between 21-39 years old and have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy journey with comprehensive support from agency.
• Receive and manage compensation, stipends, and bonuses as outlined.
• Engage with case managers and attend monthly support meetings.
