Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30

• Provide gestational surrogacy services as part of a supportive agency program.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and intake teams to ensure a smooth surrogacy journey.
• Attend scheduled consultations and support meetings with dedicated case managers.
