Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US citizen or permanent resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Provide lifestyle and health information to support intended parents through the surrogacy journey.
• Work with a full-service agency offering medical, legal, and emotional support to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure timely payments through the agency's dedicated staff and emergency support line.
• Receive guidance from a dedicated case manager and participate in ongoing support meetings for surrogates.
