Qualifications

• Graduation from Registered Nurse Program.
• BSN desired (if not upon hire, will obtain within 5 years preferred).
• 1 year clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery of patient care for the shift.
• Precepting and competency validating new hires and to new procedures.
• Teaching nursing students.
• Delegate to other RNs, LVNs, CNAs.
• Coordinate assigned team and communicate expectations.
