Job summary

In this role you will drive policy creation, training, and oversight of interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations, enabling compliant launches and sustainable growth in Germany.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ relevant experience in pharma compliance, including in-house.
- Proven ability to lead a local or regional healthcare compliance program.
- Strong communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Deep knowledge of German anti-corruption and healthcare laws and industry codes.
- Experience advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and alignment of the Healthcare Compliance Program in Germany.
- Advise local Commercial and Medical teams on risk-based compliance.
- Collaborate across regions to adapt global initiatives for Germany.
- Oversee interactions with HCPs, HCOs, payors and officials and certify materials.
- Monitor regulatory developments and interpret impact on the business.
- Draft and update compliance policies and deliver employee training.
- Foster a culture of compliance and integrity across the organization.
- Design risk assessments, monitoring and remediation plans for Germany.
