This is a paid, ongoing project with CrowdGen as an Independent Contractor, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. Payout is per unit completed, with an hourly estimate around $100.30 at 85 units, and sessions paid only if prompts pass QA with at least 80% acceptance.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Native German speaker
• 18 years of age or older
• Own a smartphone

Compensation

• Pay: $1.180 per unit, an estimated $100.30 per hour at 85 units
• You are paid for completing your full assigned session, with 80% of prompts passing quality review
• Incomplete sessions will not be paid
• Sessions with a QA acceptance score below 80% are rejected and will not be paid
• Recordings are reviewed for native-speaker status, guideline compliance, and signs of borrowed or AI-generated voices before payout.

Important Notes

This project works on a first-come, first-served basis

Demographic quotas are in place to keep representation balanced, so some applicants may not get a task if their group's quota is already full

The number of prompts available may vary from person to person

This is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you'll join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you will receive an email from CrowdGen with instructions to create your account, complete the setup requirements, and start participating in the project.
