No AI background required; just a great voice and a quiet recording space. Ideal candidates are native or near-native German speakers with experience in voice acting, narration, or podcast work, plus a quality microphone and a quiet studio.

Qualifications

Fluent in German; native or near-native speakers strongly preferred.
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields.
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive performances across a range of styles and tones
Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, pacing, and vocal quality

Responsibilities

Record high-quality voice samples in German based on provided scripts and prompts.
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural-sounding delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
