Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a UX/AX Specialist fluent in German to contribute to the design and evaluation of intuitive, inclusive, and accessible digital services for international projects. The role blends UX design with Accessibility Experience (AX) principles to ensure high usability and accessibility across applications.

The successful candidate will design and evaluate user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design or related field degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in UX/UI design and usability testing with accessibility evaluation.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and ergonomic ISO standards and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve user journeys and interfaces using user-centered design.
• Integrate usability and accessibility requirements into design and development.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, accessibility assessments, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare wireframes, prototypes, and design specs for web and mobile apps.
• Communicate usability and accessibility topics with German-speaking stakeholders.
