Job summary

LITIT is seeking German-speaking Security Engineers to bolster a large enterprise IT security program. You will collaborate with internal security, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen security across Workday, SAP, cloud environments, and SaaS integrations, applying Security-by-Design and threat modeling.

• Several years of professional experience in Security Engineering or a closely related cybersecurity role.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Security and SaaS Security.
• Practical experience with Application Security and secure architecture principles.
• Solid experience in Threat Modeling, Security Assessments, and Security Reviews.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Security-by-Design principles.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management and security risk assessment.
• Ability to create and maintain security concepts, requirements, and technical documentation.
• Strong security consulting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex security topics and collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Knowledge of AI Security / Agentic AI Security is preferred.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
• Senior-level professional experience with the ability to take ownership of security initiatives and provide expert guidance.
• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic and operational security initiatives across internal IT and internally operated applications, including platforms such as Workday and SAP.
• Assess and address security requirements related to Agentic AI, SaaS integrations, cloud environments, and application security.
• Perform threat modeling, security assessments, and security reviews to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Drive the implementation of Security-by-Design principles throughout the development and integration lifecycle.
• Support vulnerability management, including the identification, assessment, prioritization, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security concepts, technical documentation, and security requirements.
• Provide security consulting to IT, engineering, and business stakeholders and translate security requirements into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal security teams and stakeholders to strengthen security controls and accelerate the implementation of security requirements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI and Agentic AI security practices, where applicable.
• Communicate security risks, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help identify opportunities to improve security processes, standards, and engineering practices across the organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for German-speaking Security Engineers to support strategic and operational security initiatives within a large enterprise IT environment. With the growing importance of Agentic AI, SaaS integrations, and Security-by-Design , additional security expertise is needed to strengthen existing capabilities and accelerate the implementation of security requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with internal security, IT, and business stakeholders across internal IT and internally operated applications , including platforms such as Workday and SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES
